Build-a-Posture's super firm wedge seat cushion is made from a high-density extra firm foam (Made in USA) that will not compress when seated.  The extra-firm wedge seat cushion for car bucket seats is designed to improve posture and spinal alignment while driving.  Our wedge seat cushion creates a more ergonomic automobile seat, thereby providing relief for lower back pain, neck pain, herniated discs, bulging discs, spinal stenosis, and sciatica.

Utilizing a supportive foam (Made in USA), the back pad provides a comfortable cushion to release back tension, reduce spinal load, and allow for healthy posture in the shoulders and neck.  The back pad can be used as a lumbar support or placed higher and used to support the upper back.

**How to Choose between the 2 and 3 Wedge Seat Cushion**

The objective is to level-out the seat.  If your car has a deep bucket seat, the 3 wedge cushion is most likely optimal.  If the bucket seat is not deep (typically SUVs have shallower bucket seats), the 2 wedge might be the best choice.  Again, the objective is to level-out the car seat and so choose the wedge cushion that will best fill the dip in the seat and hence create a level sitting surface. 

IMPORTANT:  Since you will now be sitting higher with the wedge cushion, you must also raise the headrest for safety.
