Preseasoned and ready to use, this cast iron pan bakes pies, pie shells and cornbreads to a perfectly golden finish. Silicone grips on the handles make it easy to carry from kitchen to table. The pan is made by Lodge – America's oldest family-owned cookware foundry, established in 1896. Heavyweight cast iron provides exceptionally even heating. Naturally nonstick surface is toxin-free. Preseasoned for smooth finish that resists sticking and rust. Silicone grips on handles facilitate easy carrying and serving. 10" diam., 1 3/4" high; 12 1/2" wide including handles. USE Not for stovetop use. Oven and broiler safe to 600°F. To season after each use, clean pan, remove silicone grips, then apply thin layer of vegetable oil on inside and outside surfaces while still warm. Handles can become very hot.
