This mandoline slicer from Oxo features an easy-to-adjust slider for the thickness adjustment, julienne slicing, and storage. The slicer has 3 different thickness settings (1/16 / 1.8mm, 1/8 / 3.2mm, and 1/4 / 6.4mm). The mandoline slicer has angled blades that easily slice through the most delicate fruits like tomatoes. A soft, non-slip grip and non-slip feet provide both comfort and stability. The legs fold and the blades lock in closed position for compact and safe storage.

The V-blade mandoline by Oxo Good Grips is adjustable for 4 different thicknesses and includes 4 different stainless steel slicing blades for straight wavy julienne and bonus cubing. The mandoline comes with a safety food holder to protect your fingers while slicing. The mandoline slicer features a comfortable non-slip handle knob and feet. The mandoline body is dishwasher safe but hand wash is recommended for the blades. The V-blade slicer measures 15.5 x 6 inches / 39.5 x 15cm.
