This really is the best peeler we have tested. We find it a pleasure to use and clean but most of all it speeds us up. We use it on oranges and grapefruits and pomegranates too. This really is the best peeler we have tested. We find it a pleasure to use and clean but most of all it speeds us up. We use it on oranges and grapefruits and pomegranates too. We're sure there are other veggies (potatoes and apples) it will work on we just have not discovered them yet. If It's Round It Peels It - Peels up to 3.5" / 85mm: Never stop finding uses for this practical tool! As long as the food is a spherical shape, you can have it automatically peeled in seconds. Common applications include peeling apples, oranges, small grapefruits, and pomegranates. It can also handle delicate foods such as peaches and kiwis, or tougher produce such as potatoes. Quick and Efficient, Peel up to three fruits or vegetables per minute, we have never tested a better peeler! The peel depth is adjustable and comes factory set for citrus and pomegranate, but can be adjusted thinner for kiwis and peaches to minimize waste and provide the most of your favorite foods. There are two modes a single pass or a double pass. We like to use half the double pass, see the above-attached video for this technique. Safe and Easy to Use, Like any cutting tool, proper caution is advised. That said, the cutting edge is guarded by the thickness gauge, and the machine is operated hands-free. Once the fruit is placed on the stainless-steel trident and pinned by the upper arm just let it peel. It really is just that simple! Dependable and Long Lasting: Once purchased, the only thing to worry about is a friend “borrowing” it - it may never come home! The parts that repeatedly encounter moisture are made of stainless steel, and the keypad buttons are moisture protected under the purpose-built silicone covers.  Simple Clean-Up: Simple tear down allows for quick and easy cleaning. the blade gauge and the trident are easily removed and the rest of the machine is easily wiped down.
