To ensure clean-up is a breeze, the griddle top includes a 20 gauge, type 304 stainless steel grease tray. Plus, 1 1/2" high rear and side edges help contain grease splatter, reducing messes. When it's not in use, the unit is easy to store on a shelf and retrieve when needed.
